The Bathurst City & RSL Band Association is throwing a bit of a shindig to mark its 140th birthday – yes, you heard that right, they're no spring chickens anymore. This anniversary concert isn't just about blowing out candles; it's about giving a nod to the future of concert band music with a spotlight on our local youth. So, if you've ever wanted to see young musicians strutting their stuff while reminding us that we're not all hopelessly out of tune, this is the place to be.

Come and enjoy an evening packed with lively performances from Bathurst's very own concert bands. It's an opportunity to revel in some toe-tapping tunes while fostering a bit of good old-fashioned community spirit (and probably some questionable dance moves from the audience). And don't be put off by the price; it won't break the bank. So grab your mates or that family you like just enough to take out, and head on down to the Ian Macintosh Theatre on June 25, 2025.
